State unclaimed property requirements may impact your account(s) with the Muhlenkamp Fund.

More states are adopting unclaimed property laws whereby your account(s) may be considered “abandoned property” if the Muhlenkamp Fund is unable to demonstrate affirmative contact with you over a state-prescribed length of time. Under these laws, your state could mandate that we transfer your account(s) to their unclaimed property division.

We recommend you contact us regarding your account(s) no less than annually to prevent them from being considered abandoned. Available options for establishing contact are:
